frustrating!! I updated the app and now all my transactions are not going through. I've been trying to "Send Money" to other bank accounts but it keeps on saying "Sorry, this service is temporarily unavailable". At first, I understand maybe you are just having some issues but it's been over a week now and it keeps saying the same thing. I already uninstalled and installed the app as part of basic troubleshooting but still the same. Such an inconvenience.

I was disappointed because I thought my money was secure on this platform, but I was wrong. When I visited the app, a persistent notification appeared, stating that their system was undergoing maintenance, and I couldn't access my account. After waiting several days and updating the app, I was shocked to find my e-wallet balance was zero.

After I updated the app (since it was required to do so), It keeps on loading saying they were creating my savings account. Until now I still can't see the balance on it🫠 and can't perform any activity. After loading for so long it will say the session has timed out and then there I have to log in again and again
