This app is so frustrating and hard to use! Very fussy and difficult to get in if heaven forbid you forget your password, or get a new phone. I get the security aspect of it, I just wish it actually worked! I dont have time to call to get my account unlocked every time I have a problem getting in. Too bad they don't have 2-step verification like the rest of the world...that would solve every issue I've had with this app!

The only problem I have with this app is with the snap deposits. I can never get a clear enough shot for it to register. I wish that there was a flash when the picture is taken

This is one of the better banking apps I've used. It runs as expected and I never feel unsafe.
