It's been a couple months since CoCo switched to this new app, and the in-app account balance has been disabled ever since. A support ticket, submitted a week and a half ago, querying about when the ability to order drinks with the Coco Wallet, was never responded to nor closed out.

I can't press "add to cart". I can't buy anything. It is 9:30pm and the Fresh Meadows store closes at 10pm.

Constantly crashing when you try to scroll. Completely turned me off of ordering from Coco.
