Love my bank's app! It's easy to use for balance checking and remote deposits, shows me my current credit score, and shows me a quick balance without even needing to log on. It's the most user-friendly bank apps I've used!

Cant do offline and without va verification method. I don't have email that I can get to don't have a phone for verification or email so stuck can't use app. Can't use offline anyway but my circumstance at the moment I can't verify so can't use. I tried changing number but I use text now and that company won't accept codes without upgrade. I can't afford upgrade on phone . Need to be able to change the phone number before log in for us people who are completely broke. And tech stupid

I love that it uses my fingerprints for login! I wish it allowed a few more features that you can get online (who mobile payment went to, look further back in time on statements, etc) but over all, it's a great app.
