As far as the business goes, Coconut Kenny's is awesome! I would totally recommend it. But as far as the app goes......IT FREAKING SUCKS!!! I have stayed logged in to the app and was building and saving up my points. And we ordered a lot. Dine in, we get one pizza. Takeout, we would get two or three pizzas. But today, 3/20/24, I went to order through my app, and I didn't have an account. I wasn't even logged in anymore. When I tried with both email and Facebook, it wouldn't let me. 🤷‍♀️😠😡🤬🤦

your app doesnt allow me to order pizza man. "punchh - phone has already been taken." not to mention all my points on the Facebook account have gone away again due to a second migration of sites. thanks by the way. edit: now that I realize it, the Facebook account has my phone number. I cant access the Facebook log in, meaning I personally cant use this app due to existing data on their database. I wonder how many other people have been affected due to poor transitioning.

horrible we cant get signed in, came to dinner this evening and I could not use or collect my points pretty disappointed the cashier couldn't even look us up. you guys need to get this fixed ASAP
