서비스 타겟과 의도가 명확하고 현직자를 통해 많은 팁을 얻기도 했으나 cs 처리가 유저 입장에서 답답하기 그지없다. 물어본 내역을 확인할 방법이 전혀 없고, 어떻게 처리되고 있는지 안내가 되는 것도 아니며, 처리가 빠르지도 않다. 전화 상담이 있지도 않아서 비공개 게시판에 글 던져놓고 기다리는게 전부다. 일주일 전에 문의했던 취소된 커피챗에 대한 환불 절차에 대해 답을 못 듣고 있는데, 무작정 기다리라는 이야기밖에 더 될까 싶다.
