Definitely beats the first one, Station 2 has more story and dialouge, as well as having a bigger level system and better combat mechanics. The game starts to feel the same with the color pallets which makes sense since space bases are often very bland. The few times you go outside is probably some of the best parts, I really like fighting that giant worm in the snow, best enemy. I'm still making it 4 stars cause even though it beats the original, there is a lot of room for more that I want.

As a sequel I'd say you succeeded because the game is still fun to play! The storyline/notes was quite impressive if I have to be honest and truthful with you! Things I liked was, the different character upgrade system, different hand weapons, new enemies, plot, secret rooms, puzzles you had to solve, lasers, weak platforms that fall beneath you. My one thing I didn't like was the way different hand weapons were implemented, I really never used the axe/pipe because I really saw no purpose.

Improves upon the previous game and provides a better and "okay" story with improvements in graphics and level design (it can still be better though) the combat is fun and better but could also use some more work, like more guns however I did like the modular system of the gun and I don't know why the levelling up stops even before we unlock all the skills, I get it's trying to make it challenging but the skills aren't game breaking enough all combined together to warrant this
