About this app

This app is a Cisco Finesse client so you can login as a call center agent, make and receive calls from Cisco Contact Centers. It is used by the employees who need to protect their mobile number, also for recording mobile business calls.

Users can make and receive calls through Cisco Callmanager and can use Cisco Callmanager dial plan. For both inbound and outbound calls, user will receive a call from Cisco Callmanager. User can also access corporate directory and Finesse phone books. Users can also set themselves "Not Ready" so that the call can be sent to an available member of the team automatically.

This app is often used by medical personnel, sales executives, retail sales points, partners and franchise network. It helps to record mobile business calls, shield mobile phone numbers of the users and dynamically route calls to alternative contacts within the organisation.
