Background voice recorder is a voice recording application that helps you easily record voice with one tap. Useful features include continuous recording while the app is in the background, scheduled recording and support for multiple languages.

Straight up doesn't work when in background. I've given this app every possible permission and access under the sun, turned off battery optimization services for it; locked it to stay always on, added to "never kill" list... all for nothing. You start the recording, turn off the screen and it dies off and stops recording in a couple of minutes. If I keep the screen on (and the app on screen) tapping on it every couple of seconds, then it works, but this isn't the functionality I was looking for.

1. Works nicely but mp3 recording is not working, which makes it pretty much useless for me. It only records in wave format which is like 10 mb per minute, can't have such big files and such files can't be uploaded frequently as well. I would love to use this app but with a compressed audio format. 2. also since it creates wave file it just keep updating the file in real time, it would be better if it can create the file in memory or some temp location and can create an mp3 or a compressed version to the given location. 3. if you remove the files from the file system, you cannot remove them from the list. 4. There's no sorting in the list as well, ideally it should be latest first, but it is random at the moment. I hope these feedbacks will help developer in improving the application.

On a Samsung Galaxy with One UI the app uses the entire display, which means the 3 buttons at the bottom are inaccessable, which means the app is unusable.
