Ratings and reviews

The app works. I was able to log in without issue and access all the different parts of the app. But as a frontend software engineer, there are a lot of small things that make the app feel cheap and unpolished: - lack of animations/ transitions; - navigation links are small; - font sizes are a bit small/ not aligned well; - some pages do not have consistent styling or spacing. None of these things really affect the usability of the app, but they do make me question the quality.

A little bit delayed but when you can get in, it's great for paying rent and keeping in touch with the leasing office. Maintenance never gets the orders you place, so reach out to them directly or to the front office. The app is easy to use though when you can get in.

The worst thing is for everyone to think you can download apps on your phone to pay bills. Well all the apps on your phone causes you to have to much storage in your phone an create problems with your phone. Also wanting to allow access to my photos an contacts is my personal business not Cortland. Have a great day maybe someday the electronic system will shut down from all these apps. That's my opinion
