Can't get back into the app. Security question won't work. Very frustrating.

I keep having to install this app and apparently all my records have disappeared. It is now very hard to even navigate to try and find something. The prior app was just fine but for some reason, they just had to mess it up!

I have called customer support repeatedly to have them fix my access. They make you wait 24 hrs to set up a new account and doesn't work. It's garbage and good luck getting customer service in usa
