I havent been able to log into my account lately. It keeps telling me they cannot validate me. This is getting very inconvenient for me never being able to log into my online baking. I'm to the point I want to switch banks and I've had this one for along time now. It won't let me in the app and even through the desktop.

This app works very well, and the alerts are a wonderful feature. I can't recommend it enough. However, I do think an improvement can be made in security when logging in; maybe a 2 step verification or a recommend password change every quarter?

Trying to deposit a check is so difficult. It always says it doesn't see the endorsement. I end up having to take pictures at least 5-10 times sometimes even more it's so frustrating
