Over-complicated. Before I was able to preview my balance without logging in but they took that away. Before I can make transfers and payments on one page. Now, I have to dance around just to do transactions. I really hate how they changed everything. I miss the old app where everything was simple. My other bank has an easier app so I might just transfer everything to them when I pay off what I owe CU1. Every update makes it less user friendly than before

It has multiple issues. My biggest pet peeve on this app is that I can't see the charges on my credit card without having to navigate away from the app. And of course when the online page opens up the words are so tiny I have to change the setting on my phone to enlarge the font. There are overlapping options like "chat" with an agent and the options ribbon at the bottom. I do like that it no longer looks like it was made in the 90's.

Cons:They took away the ability to look at quick balance on accounts without having to log in. Navigating the new app is not as user friendly as the previous version. Pros: It is more clearer to understand Account balances after each transaction. Sometimes upgrades are not always better than just tweaking an existing program.
