I haven't been able to use the app on my phone for several days now. As soon as I open it, it crashes and closes. I have submitted feedback each time and nothing in response. I have even sent emails straight from the feedback page and nothing in response. I have uninstalled it and re-installed it with no resolution at all. I'm at my wits end and don't know what to do??? Any sort of response will be appreciated, especially if the issue gets resolved and I can use the app once again. If this issue gets fixed, the app works great.

I think it's a step in the right direction but u can't send a DM to anyone in particular unless they wrote to you previously in the conversations that's kind of inconvenient when trying to send a message to dispatch or your DM

Too many inconsistent issues. Needs constant updates for simple problems. Doesn't keep images in the app when uploading.
