This app didn't work properly for a day so far. Firstly, It asks to log in every time I use this app and it takes too much time to do it because of errors. Secondly, I cannot select country from the list just because there is no country list at all (just the word SELECT instead). Now, I simply cannot log in because of the INTERNAL SERVER ERROR. The app has enormous amount of bugs which have to be fixed as soon as possible, otherwise this makes online shopping very difficult and annoying.

Could hardly get registered with ID and in the end cannot log in because system failure. Both the app and official site does not work. I called the customs hotline in the afternoon to find out about the issue and was told that in couple of hours the issue will be resolved. It is more than couple of hours now and the system is still down.
