This update is ridiculous! I haven't been able to check my account in almost a month! My mobile app won't load or update. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. It seems to have installed but will not open! And the website on my home computer says "click here for the new home banking" but when I click it, I get a blank white screen and that is it! I hate it! It's SOOOO frustrating!!! HOW LONG IS IT GONNA TAKE TO GET IT OPERATIONAL!?!? Geez, it's been a month!

I don't know why they redesigned the app because it was perfect before. This is confusing and full of unimportant things that waste a lot of time. Why do I have to have a long username and 15 digit password instead of my 5 digit account number? Why does it open up into messages instead of your account info? Why is it beach themed?? It's hideous

I joined this bank became i was told everything would be easy and accessible to me since this is my first time having an accout but this app makea it ao difficult to even check my accout balance, I'm using a notebook to keep track of all my payment and it's sad the app doesn't work even after the update.
