As everything else is with Marta- Idk who thought an "Emergency/911 app" is a good, practical idea; but obviously it didn't occur to them that using ANY sort of App while on a marta train is already "iffy" at best. A large stretch of marta's rail systems are under ground. If an emergency were to occur, there's no way Marta PD could be notified in time due to the lack of cellular service under ground- inside a concrete tunnel...

Ive reported several things but never see MARTA police. I occassionally see police walking by not engaging onvious problems. I rarely see any police presence on the trains at all. This app only would work if theres follow up. Seems like a good idea but the field execution sucks.

This app is a joke. I have reported issues before, and nothing ever happens: People smoking, playing LOUD music, homeless blocking train doors with shopping carts, feces on train floor, panhandlers asking for money, etc. And they wonder why ridership is down?
