Our proposal implements an intuitive process automation workflow, to facilitate and improve the interaction of residents with the building's offers and services.
With just one click, residents can request maintenance, book services, track packages, request repairs, or simply send a message for a special request. Additionally, residents receive automatic notifications when packages are waiting, when a building event is approaching, or when a reminder is needed for a requested service.
All interfaces are tactile for easy interaction and can run independently as proprietary clients for each service offering.
