I hate this app so much. So SO much. My calls drop, I get randomly muted during conversations which confuses the heck out of my clients, and it does not integrate well with my Bluetooth headset (Plantronics brand, if you're curious). And no real resolutions for any of this. If I could give this 0 stars, I would.

Barely functional except for sometimes. loses audio when screen times out, but not always...enjoy that one. will work with Bluetooth headsets.. usually...the audio device used will sometimes change mid call. It's honestly the worst app I have used in years, but it is functional. Kinda sad for a business product, but maybe they want everyone to use iOS for some reason?

This app is great when it works, but it has a host of performance problems that make using it a nightmare. The app does not ring when the app isn't in the front. The app does not ring after you switch screens (and back to the app again) and requires a force stop and restart to get it to ring again. The app does not run in the background while other apps are in use (so you must use your mobile device for this app and do nothing else with it). Device is an LG V20.
