The history of Prague is also connected with its German population and its culture. SAMSA will take you to places that bear the trail of this “German Prague” - they are connected with the activities of German-speaking architects, visual artists, writers, musicians, associations, schools and other institutions. For each location, the appka offers a German text with a basic description, information on its history and role in cultural life, and several contemporary and historical photographs. The interpretation is based on verified sources, but it will not overwhelm you. Discover a forgotten part of the city's history with your mobile! The application was developed as part of a joint project of the Assembly of German Associations in the Czech Republic and students and teachers of German studies at the Faculty of Arts of Charles University. The number of passwords will be continuously increased.
