small bank. stupid made up rules. plays by their own games. half the time you cant get into your online access because online is "down for service". literally the only reason i haven't changed banks is because i don't want to do my jobs paperwork.

Often in the late evenings or early mornings, im unable to access my account. The application will advise me to call for assistance, at this point i might as well just go to an atm and get an inquiry. Great when it works! Annoying when it doesnt.

This is the worst banking app I have ever used. The customer service has been short with me on several occasions. And the app is very inconsistent with updating balances and pending payments/deposits.
