I have never successfully booked a ride with this app. However, I have received a confirmation number and then wasted time only to receive a notification that the ride is canceled because no drivers are available. It wouldn't be so irritating if the app would notify you immediately, but it leaves you waiting stupidly on the side of the road, when you could be booking a car.

It's really difficult to understand why my credit card from SSI was not allowed to be used during the last auction it's federal money but what really impressed me was a personal call from a woman who who works in the website department she's getting better concerned and was willing to walk in these stepter step over the phone instead of just using that she allowed me to get a personal touch and assistant I think that's impressive

The most useless ride app in existence at the moment!! Requested 3 different rides today, 2 of them well after the local football game was underway. No response from any drivers ever, even with one of them coming within .2 miles of our location & nobody riding in the cart. Seriously, why even bother trying to book a ride ever!
