The free Access Definitiv TimeClock app is an easy-to-use people management app, enabling you to track and manage your workforce right down to the task at hand.

A multifunctional time and attendance solution; employees can clock on and off, change duties, switch jobs and take breaks, all on the same app.

Enabling you to keep on top of the actual hours worked, the Access Definitiv TimeClock app provides you with the data to accurately calculate your true project labour costs.

The Access Definitiv TimeClock app is easy to set up and use across your organisation.

In conjunction with the Access Definitiv application, you can see what employees are currently clocked on and review any variances between actual hours worked and the hours an employee was scheduled to work.

DEVICE REQUIREMENTS
• Device should be Android 6.0 (Marshmallow, SDK 23) or higher
• To use the NFC functionality of the app, the device must have the NFC hardware
• For ease of use, we suggest using a device with NFC functionality on the front, i.e. same side as the screen
• If installing the app from the Play Store the device will only support screen pinning
• To utilise the full-kiosk mode the device will need to be set up by Access Definitiv

SCREEN PINNING
• Screen pinning is a feature which enables you to continually show only one application on your device
• The application will continue to show as active on the device’s screen until it has been unpinned
• Device security settings can be set up to ensure the app can only be unpinned using a PIN, pattern or password

FULL-KIOSK
• Once full-kiosk mode is enabled by the Access Definitiv team, users will not be able to exit the Access Definitiv TimeClock app without a predefined PIN set up with the app itself
• When utilising the full-kiosk mode, the device should be packed in a case, to hide the power button, which cannot be disabled.
