GrubSouth opened in the Rocket City in 2012, starting with only 9 restaurants, but we now partner with over 500 restaurant establishments and are continuously adding more to the list.

Ratings and reviews

Had a great experience for a while. Lately, however, we've had two orders cancelled, at the time we should have received them. May or may not get the credit they promise. Regularly get a text saying they're running late, even when ordering ahead of time. Trying another service for now, to see if they're any better. Contacting support just reloads continually as you're typing. Done with this "service".

The app is definitely better than the last, but it's still buggy. Typing an address was a constant struggle, trying to order kept bringing me to the "new address" screen after I verified I already had one saved, and other small things like searching wouldn't work for a time. But nevertheless it's an improvement and hopefully will be continued to be refined and updated.

The service is good, but the app will push notifications for coupon codes that you can not use and if the code is too long to read in the notification, there is no way to retrieve it. This just seems to be a way to trick people into ordering things thinking they have a coupon, just to make them pay full price.
