WHAT is the point of having this app to do banking, IF IT DOESN'T LET THE USER FREKN DO ANYTHING BUT READ SOME PARTS OF THE WEB PAGES!!??!! FOR SEVERAL MONTHS, since payments were "set up" & tried various ways, THIS STILL SAYS ALL OF MY LOG-IN INFO IS WRONG & I KNOW IT'S NOT!! I STILL have to find a desktop or laptop, go through this boloney, AGAIN, when I'm in a hurry, etc. & should jusr be able to do what I need, via the app & within a few minutes. Mobile site has the same problem now!! 😡😡😡

Working with DNCU on all levels small as in working with tellers and the ATM to Large as in acquiring a HELOC has always been a pleasure. I'm happy to be a member and trust they will always have my best interest in mind.

Can you all check the notification settings with the app and website? I have it set to notify me of a deposit by email and push notifications. I am still notb receiving alterts unless i log into the app. It was nice to be emailed or texted about deposits and balances. Please look into this for us members. Thank you.
