App now won't open for me at all. My phone says it has a bug of some kind? Not sure what to about that. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing multiple times as well as clearing it's cache. when I could use the app it was okay, but the search feature was horrible to use. filters straight up don't work, and you have to exit and re open the search bar to add to it.

A lot of weird things are happening with my current order I placed two days ago. I've purchased an item that was out of stock. When I was then asked to choose a different item for the same value, get store credit, or get a refund. I chose to get a different item. I got another email confirming that I will receive the remaining balance through store credit. None of those items were blocked off or deamed "out of stock." I would like to thank Mia in customer service for helping me through this! - Y

I have made one or two purchases from here. The things you receive are good! If... you recive them. Which I did not with several items. Customer service was awful and unhelpful, and I ended up having to file a paypal dispute. They decide what items are in stock AFTER you purchase them. But i'm happy with the things I actually could get, mainly bought accessories for a dress I got elsewhere. One even came with a few extra hairclips and stuff I didn't expect.
