Totally unusable. Purchased product from Amazon didn't come with the code it asks for, which is idiotic to even license this garbage anyway, I mean why? It can't be used with other products, so why even bother with rights management? It just further devalues the already cheap, inaccurate product. I was really hoping the software would read the raw sensor data and use the phones muscle to process it for a more responsive and accurate read. But no, I even if you buy direct it's impossible to use

Half the time it won't even connect to my digital level or loses the connection before I can even get to the readings. When it does stay connected, the readings end up freezing after less than a minute. I have to disconnect and reconnect and then the readings freeze up again in less than a minute.

works well but unusable when you are not able to log into app when you are not in wifi/cellular range. why do we have to log in to use a product we paid for?
