About this app

mySnapps application is digital photography services offered by Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging (DEI) that provide the ability to access and use the Mobile App to view, share, download and place orders of the digital images taken at the park.

terrible, slow, requires odd permissions to your device to show cloud saved photos. I was forced by bali night safari staff to install this app to get 5 photos. dow load took in excess of 30 minutes. other places used combinations of Dropbox or google drive, where i managed to grab 40 images in 2 to 3 minutes with no registration or app installs.

I need help, the expiry date was supposed to be 4th of July but it's gone, I can't claim my photos anymore, I paid money for those photos, and the downloading is so difficult that I couldn't download all of them but just some everyday, Can anyone tell me if in anyway I can claim those photos? I really need them.

I was disappointed with MySnaps. The app promised soft copies of photos for a fee, but the free option with QR code didn't work for me - I never received the photos after scanning. Not worth the expectation. Maybe they should work on fixing this issue.Never use this useless app.
