it's hard to get a good picture of the check i want to deposit. the app sucks!! even just using this app to review this app is difficult to use. I can not submit this now it won't scroll down.

Had some trouble with the name on the account and the name on the check. My mother is deceased and I was POA and TTEE. The technology, of course, wouldn't know this. Staff at the bank were very helpful and the deposit was successful after several attempts.

Everything is so easy! At 1st. There was prob. With the site but the people in lake benton location were wonderful & didn't give up until it was working correctly! Very kind people there! But it's been working great every since.
