The new app has been a total bust for me. I cannot open it on my Chromebook, and none of my user names and passwords (old, temporary or new) are recognized on my Galaxy phone, tablet or Chromebook. After getting help on Sunday, I got everything set up on my phone. A little while later, my password was updated (I don't know why), and now nothing works!

App is very handy to use. My complaint is when I log in and the "last login time and date" are displayed on the screen. It stays there way too long as it covers the numbers keypad I want to use. I have to sit there and wait for it to clear before I can use the numbers to finish my business. Can you shorten the length of time that info is displayed? Then I would rate the site at 5. Thanks

Hi Richard, I'm sorry to hear it is staying too long. Is this still occurring for you? Typically it flashes for only a second, but would you be willing to message us at assist@cfcumail.org with a time frame you believe it is staying on the screen?

what happened in the last month or so killed this app. it is extremely slow now and when i dona xfer between accounts, the balances are updated immediately, but the transactions fail to show up even after exiting and signing back in. Web interface works fine with stuff showing immediately and being fast. today is 11/27 and transactions since 11/25 or later not showing in the app, but show on the web yet my balance is same on both... have uninstalled and reinstalled... will update.
