Ratings and reviews

The subscription fee seemed high for me. There is no series which is fully free. They often keep one episode free and the rest are locked. I installed it seeing the ad on Facebook but they never told me anywhere in the ad that I need to buy a subscription. I hope, they will increase their free materials in the early stages.

Bad experience. Bought the subscription just to realize that there is no option to stream the live tv content of Aakash Aath. Being their app, you guys should have an option of live tv of Aakash Aath channel or stream the shows as they go live on tv simultaneously. Very disappointing.

I shreya bose, took the plan of 299 for 365 days of platform 8, Received the mail for the payment done too, but when I opened the application platform 8 no active plan showing and asking me to buy a new plan. Kindly help me out to resolve the problem of why I'm not able to watch the shows, even after paid the subscription amount. Attaching the copy of the mail, I received in my mail id after the payment was done. Kindly do the needful.
