Get real-time order updates from your delivery drivers and capture proof of delivery in the field. View a list of shipments to be delivered for the route, or scan the transaction barcode to quickly access the shipment. For each shipment, get turn-by-turn directions, call, text or email the customer, modify the delivered quantity and update the status of the shipment. Confirm delivery by capturing a signature or taking pictures of the job site and/or delivered material. Contact your system manager for more information.

App keeps telling me unable to retrieve user settings also app keeps giving a bug error and then crashing and shutting down and trying to restart on its own happens.Every time I try to use it if I don't close it and reopen it first I have uninstall it and reinstalled app and same thing happens(server error debug response string: "{\"status_code\":401\"status_txt\":\"Not authenticated\"}"

This app is horrible. It keeps kicking me out after pictures or signatures or whenever it feels like it. everything on my end is up to date. The app is poorly made. I would just like to update my review. its been a few months since my bad review and this app still sucks. In fact its probably worse. Everybody at my job is having issues with this pos app.

It sucks. The new update won't let me rescan my tickets so I can take pictures.

What’s new

Modifications have been made with the ability to modify quantity on RMAs. When an item being returned has multiple commit records, the option to modify the quantity is disabled.
RMAs with a single commit record can still have their quantity modified. Agility v616 is required.
