With the Dogtopia app, you can create a profile to request appointments, watch your pup play on webcams, check out upcoming events, track their exercise activity, achieve wellness goals, read helpful dog content, and more!

Ratings and reviews

On occasion the app works. Most of the time it forces me to log out and log back in every time I want to view cameras or see my appointments. It struggles to recognize family access to the point I've had to contact support to reset my account. Resetting my password gives a "link expired" as soon as I try to change my password. all in all the app is a complete waste of time for me.

I love the idea of the app but it's way too buggy, I have to request IT help like once a month (especially after the major update). For the same issues. Also no screenshots or screen recordings are allowed anymore, which is sad to me, as selfish as it sounds. For such a big company, I'm surprised the official app doesn't run more smoothly.

I hoped a new app would bring improvements. The opposite seems to be the case. The Webcams are one of the top reasons we selected Dogtopia. Unfortunately, they either don't work, are off, keep spinning, and are displayed in a tiny window. In the old app, they could be enlarged simply by rotating your phone. Making appointments for the same time for multiple days used to be so easy now you have to select each one at a time. Love Dogtopia but not the app!
