Ever since the "update" on dollar bank app and website, I have had nothing but problems. Anything that's connected to my bank account is constantly being disconnected, I can't get my statements, and when I get an alert that money's been spent, it no longer tells me where it's been spent. I've always liked Dollar Bank. I've never had any issues. Now it's issue after issue.

The new Dollar Bank app, called 'Mobile', is not ready for primetime. It is glaringly obvious that beta testing of this app was minimal at best - you have links in the app that send you to the wrong spot, or send you back to your accounts window - except now you are denied access because you have no rights to that screen. Yet come through from a different choice on the menu, and everything works great. I expected much better from them! Update: Six months in...no change!

Improved compared to prior version. Still has some issues. 1. Slow to load account inside app. 2. The absence of balance per line, as was present in prior version. 3. In bill pay i cannot see my full account # for each bill. In last version i could only see last 4 digits on the initial account selection page (which was still problematic for accounts that ended with all 0/zeros). In this version you do not see acct # until you select the account based on its name, i.e., division of water,.
