Ratings and reviews

Very useful and mostly non-frustrating tool for skiing in the Dolomites. This is a must have to navigate through the resorts. The navigation feature works well. The information is usually correct, although it is good to check signs or the PDF map to confirm what is open and where trails and lifts actually are. Usually the app does match though. with the love map, it is sometimes confusing which way lifts and runs go, I feel like there is room to improve this.

The lift status is useful and it's nice to be able to view your lift usage. What would be useful is to have info on why a lift is closed and when it's expected to be open again, what alternatives have been put in place. The same for the bus services and a tracker for where the ski busses were. It would also be useful to list which pistes are open / closed , why etc. Overall it would be better for the app to have concentrate on providing useful info that allowed people to plan their day.

Promises a lot but doesn't deliver. The status for many lifts was open on the list but closed on the map. Can't add my lift pass to see tracking because the code format is completely different from the example. The map doesn't show names to allow comparison with the pdf ski map. Names appear and disappear when you zoom. The map shows bus connections which are infrequent.
