Ratings and reviews

Absolute trash. Barely functional when it works, but lately I can't even open it. It opens and asks if I want to let it send me notifications. I say no, and it just sits there and spins. Useless.

Zip Code Entry did not bring up my local centers; created an account without asking for my donor ID number; could not associate new account to my donor number; when entering phone number for 2-factor auth the app auto sends txt message for validation with hitting enter. If you make an error and try to type in a number the app will resend a txt for each number entered. No one QA'd this app.

I was not able to use the app because I was not able to move past the second screen, the zip code screen. Also note that I was still able to use the old app, which was allegedly deprecated earlier this year, to schedule an appointment.
