Absolutely useless app, I order some very expensive products, some COD and some prepaid, at first they kept delaying the estimated delivery date continuously when I complained, they assured me that they will deliver my order immediately, after a few days when I complained again they told me that my order was cancelled due to their own problems. I don't know when my money will be refunded. Nothing can be tracked in this app.

I have ordered my product fom 29 September but it has been a month and the orders not yet being delivered. only the date is changing and their is no support agent who can address the issue. The service is very poor and the refund is also not being initiated. I want you to cancel my order and return my money back to the bank ID provided. I have told several times in whatsapp group but there is no supporting agent till now who is addressing my issue.
