This is supposed to be the replacement for Chore Checklist. I don't know what it is but it's not even close. It won't even let me login to my cloud account. Reply: No need to contact you. I know now what I need to know. You discontinued support for Chore Checklist, a masterpiece Checklist app, and attempted to replace it with something that doesn't even compare. No dark theme, no customization options, and I have to create a new online account just to use it? No thanks.

Thank you for the feedback. We still support the Chore Checklist, but the sync feature will be shut down at the end of 2023. In the new app, you can enable the dark them or find other customization options under "Account" view. Feel free to email us so we can answer your questions in more detail. You can also find the user guide under "Help".

I'm sure it is a great app for 1st timers because I love all the previous apps from the company. I moved my chores from Chore Checklist to Opus per the instructions and they didnt stay in the same order. I have "make breakfast" and "clean up from supper" together now in my daily list and "get firewood" and "set up hottub" together in the midst of the other seasonal chores when I had them in a particular order. I will continue using Chore Checklist eventhough I can't save it to the cloud.

Thank you for your feedback. The home view displays tasks from selected lists and sorts them by their due date, priority, reminder and name. The edit tasks view groups tasks by lists and by their recurrence interval. Then sorts them by due date, priority and name. This is a big miss for the developer. I tried again to see what it would be like to migrate from chorechecklist, but it's not usable for me. I have chores separated out into morning, afternoon, evening routines, and as far as I can tell, there is no way to do this in the app without creating completely separate lists for each routine, which eliminates the ability to see everything at once. There's some features I liked (web list, vacation), but not if the baseline functionality doesn't work.

Thank you for your feedback. We eliminated the routines to simplify the task creation. We will consider adding tags so you can group your tasks together. In the meantime, you may try adding prefix to your chores. While this solution may not provide full flexibility, it offers a practical way to achieve a desired order within the app's limitations.
