Im not a computer expert by any means... But what is the problem? Get the app working good... only to do updates to fix bugs and seems like create more bugs in the process. I wish that when an app was working decently for most.. you all would leave it alone. This being locked out of my digital account for day and hours at a time is unacceptable. Fix this or im going to take my business elsewhere.

I've been using this app for quite some time now and its convenience with tracking transactions made, as well as making credit payments, makes it a staple of mine. I also noticed that there's an option to have your credit score monitored using the app (and being s member of course) so the value is even greater overall. When I first started using the app I was a bit confused however because the names on my different accounts weren't for example "checking" "savings" "credit".

This app is a waste of time. The last app was better. They should've kept it. I have 2 accounts with them. A joint account and a single. I see no options to add more than one account to where you can view the transactions for each. According to the 2 credit union workers I spoke with, I can only add one account. Which means I can't view all of my accounts at any time like the video claims I can. POS app. They claim it's better but it sucks. The only decent option is the fingerprint ID.
