While I liked this game and it has current styles with lots of options, its confusing and you very quickly run out of one of 3 ways to pay for items. Of course its the one with all the styles you want to use lol. Was maybe 3, 4 challenges in when it ran out, i would have to pay real money for more. Also confusing, thought I was buying items to use again but they're not showing up in my "owned items". Free version is very limited on styling options. You can layer necklaces tho which is awesome.

Really let down by a great game. I have been impressed with the style of playing. However, I recently purchased the newest luxe plus+, and the purchase went through, but it never registered in app. I reached out to in game support and received no information. I then emailed support and was told I'd be give 50 gems for a mistake on THEIR end. I paid $6 for something and my compensation (I missed extra login and event rewards) was less than the $5 diamond purchase in the store (100 gems). Not okay

cons: horrible support; never respond, voting is ridiculous; small number for voting for a large number of looks, so many glitches, you only get 5 uses for the pieces purchased and then you need to repurchase; this applies not only to clothes, but makeup, location, and hair. no borrowing option. drest dollars are hard to come by unless you spend consistently, they have downgraded all rewards. pros: brands, realistic models, choose body type for each challenge. lots of challenges.
