It will accompany you on your path by offering you a wide range of functionalities: a calendar to see your weekly session planning and reservation, consult your training sessions, where you can see intensity, number of repetitions and series, as well as a video of each exercise with its technical explanation of execution and possible common errors, internal communication with your trainer 24 hours a day, an evolution section where you can see your progress periodically, among many other features depending on the plan you have subscribed to.
