SIRUI Light APP is suitable for SIRUI fill light series products, which can freely adjust rich colors and easily meet various shooting needs. The lights are really good. The app is just worthless. Also, I do not understand why it needs permission to files/photos and location. I understand the access to camera which allows to pick color from surroundings. The app is not detecting devices as mentioned in the user guide. I had to switch on and off multiple times to make it connect. Once connected, the connection is lost immediately. The app is NOT at all helpful. It really needs to have all these bugs and permissions fixed.

Absolutely unusable - connects to the lights one time out of ten. If you manage to get more than one connected, second one drops immediately. Restarting the app or power cycling the lights almost always disconnects completely without ever connecting again until you reset the app data and start from scratch. Asks for camera and location permissions - absolutely unwarranted.

The app works flawlessly and as advertised. Not sure if the other reviews are old but I tested the app for a day and had no issues going in and out and while using it all the time. It never asked for access to my photos, phone or messages. Great features all around for such a beautiful and portable light (C150X). I'd love for some of the special effects to be a little more random through, like the lightning or flash/strobe effects. Keep it up.
