Sultra Merchant is a mobile application from Bank Sultra designed to facilitate Bank Sultra business partners in controlling their business transactions in real time, accessible anytime and anywhere.
Sultra Merchant Features:
1. Generate Static and Dynamic QRIS.
2. QRIS Transaction History.
3. Merchant Account Statements.
4. User Management (Change Password, Change PIN, Change Profile Photo, Change Email).

How to Use:
1. Ensure that your mobile operating system is at least Android version 8.
2. Register as a Bank Sultra Merchant at the nearest Bank Sultra Operational Office.
3. Download the Sultra Merchant App from the Google Play Store.
4. After your application to become a Bank Sultra Merchant is approved, activate your merchant account within the Sultra Merchant App.
Registration:
1. Registration Process
- Customers can register as a Merchant through the nearest Bank Sultra Operational Office.
- After successful registration, customers will receive an email containing the username and password for the Sultra Merchant application.
2. Download Process
- Ensure your mobile operating system is at least Android version 8.
- Search for the application on the Google Play Store using the keyword "Sultra Merchant."
- Make sure the Sultra Merchant application is officially released by PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sulawesi Tenggara.
3. Activation Process
- Request an Activation Code by clicking the "REQUEST ACTIVATION CODE" button.
- Activate by clicking the "ACTIVATE" button.
- Input your username (Merchant ID), email, password, and the Activation Code received via SMS on your mobile number.
- Enter your PIN and confirm it.
- Activation is complete.
