It took me about 10 months to activate it (phones, emails, complaints, lots of money spent and problems because I had no online access to my accounts). BCR close it without informing me and now the same story for 5 months already as they won't reactivate access. Stay away of BCR, their products and customer service just don't function.

This app barely works. And I've been trying to buy stuff with steam, but now it keeps asking me to confirm, but it doesn't work. Whenever it asked me to use my fingerprint, it didn't work. Whenever it asked me to add my password, it didn't work. Had to go out of my way to do fix it, but I'm atleast happy that it gives other options than to only confirm with this broken app.

Doesn't even download. Before the update it worked very well. Now I can't use it, when I need it the most, because it doesn't download. I deleted almost everything on my phone, restarted. Called the call center and the nice lady told me to buy another phone. Nice!
