All emails are fetched from your phone and stored on your device directly. We access new email subject headers (deleted thereafter), required to send notifications of an email arrival. Only commercial emails (example: receipts, Travel, Package Delivery) are stored to deliver Edison Mail Assistant features built into the Email app and Edison Trends. Personal information like your name or email address is NEVER shared. If you’d prefer to opt-out of participating in our anonymized research, you can do so in the settings menu.

An auto-renewable premium subscription that offers more advanced email experience, particularly in the areas of contact management and security, for 14.99 USD / Month or 99.99 USD / Year. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24-hours before the end of the current period.

Ratings and reviews

I've been looking for a new email app since Samsung updated and it is very difficult to differentiate between read and unread emails now. Was looking forward to this one due to the high ratings the mark read and unread button does nothing apparently. For example I have several unread emails in my unfocused box. I hold select one and then select all of them and hit the read button but they all stay unread. The button changes to read but that's it

In all these years of using smart phones, it just occurred to me in late 2024 after the purchase of a new one to check out email apps other than the pre-installed one. I chose this one to try, and it was 100% the right choice. I don't remember what prompted me to want to try a new mail app, but I've loved all the features about this one and haven't had any reason to try another. That's a win! I didn't pay for any upgrades; I use just the free version and it suits my needs.

Terrible feature ruined app. This was a great email until they added an idiotic feature. I keep getting flags on emails that say: "These emails are rarely opened. Should we send all these to trash?" I get this message only on the emails that are the most important to me that I always read. I reported to them this feature was 100% wrong and they gave me no help or option to turn it off. PLEASE just let us turn the dang feature off! This feature is so dangerous!
