I am highly disappointed with their recent service. This app feels like a university project in its current state. 1. Drivers are late to arrive. 2. Rides are cancelled very late and doesn't notify users. 4. Car info is not given after booking. 5. There is no precise location for pickup 6. Live tracking does not work. 7. Credits expire too early. I have to purchase again, this is unacceptable. The platform does have potential to be great, but it needs to fix its issues.

1. I downloaded the app but there is no way to scroll down to save the route I am choosing, hence I am unable to use the app to book my rides. 2. The service is not well organized, not timely and the staff are not well trained. 3. They did not turn on the air conditioner when I was alone in the bus. This happened twice on separate days, even after I asked for it. 4. Time is very important. Shuttle is unable to maintain the time they mention. This poses a problem when you have important classes or have to go to office on time. Would love to use this service but the brand is making it difficult for me to use.

Terrible service, used it for 1 month. Then 1 fine morning when I was in a heavy rush, saw my ride got canceled without even notifying me and without refunding me. I was forced to take an Uber as an alternative. Later called customer service and contacted via Facebook for refund, customer service didn't even picked up the phone while Facebook page was nonresponsive. Not wasting a single penny on this service anymore.
