I have used the application and it was working until recently. now i cannot connect to the devices anymore. i get error message only. "Alert, firmware revision timeout. while i am standing next to the devices. i have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it with no change. i am getting trouble messages on the device but cannot get diagnostic results through the application. i have an email saying that there have been no changes to the app. Small card ? Bluetooth? no led lamps on.

I think this is a really cool app. It could be better if it had a password protected connection and the ability to make parameter changes via the app.

We do not password protect or allow changes because of the potential security risk and consequences that could result from an unauthorized party making changes to the transmitter that could result in disruption in control of the building automation system.
