Energy Savings
Your smart thermostat makes small adjustments to your set point based on outside weather conditions and your home’s heating and cooling patterns. The ECO circle appears when energy savings is activated.

Set Away
Use ‘Set Away’ when you’re on vacation or just away from home outside of your normal schedule. This saves even more energy.

In the past, I thought it was barely tolerable, how the "smart thermostat" system and this app operated despite adjusting, as if it had a mind of its own. Now I have the sinking feeling that this app has been coded by a complete sadist. All the one-star reviews are moreso on point. Between the "learning" your preferences and promptly forgetting them afterwards, the stupid "energy events", the sneaky eco mode, and the nonexistent password help, this app is total arse.

Edit: My a/c seems to have died tonight trying to get the house back to a normal temp post-Eco Mode. It's 87° INSIDE MY HOUSE and the a/c has been running for over an hour. Thanks so much for the savings, NV Energy! 🙄 Original: "Energy events" are a joke. If you don't override them and let it get up to 80° or 81° in your house, it will take you an hour or more to get it back to something tolerable. How do that AND the pre-cooling save energy?? This app is a nightmare.

It works, however the ECO energy saving feature's a bit annoying tho. Even after making a custom day & time weekly schedule it still adjusts the temp a degree or so every few days to save power. After changing it back it says "learned". Kinda like it's implying it won't change the temperature in that day of the week or hopefully for a while at least... Yet after just a couple days it does it again! In my opinion another word should be used if it's gonna UN-learn every couple days. Just sayin...
