Nearly everything you can do from our customer portal can now be handled instantly whether you're at home, at work, or on the go.

This app was recently updated, and now customers can no longer see the total daily energy use graph on their phone....The whole usage tab was removed and I was told by customer service, that I can only view it on a conputer. So now the bills will be completely unexpected because I can't get a grasp of what my electric bill will look like since I do not have a computer.

Doesn't work, always says communication failure with server, please try again later. I was hoping this app could help track usage and estimate bills. The Data usage they have on their website makes you add everything up manually and do the math according to their rate chart. Every time Come on, it's 2020, how hard would it be for a major utility to have a working app, with that feature? Everyone else does. I like things that help me be a responsible consumer, and save money. Waiting.......

Worked okay until I bought a modern phone. AP states it was designed for an older version of Android and may not work... It no longer does.
