I've had this app and used it daily for over a year! Now, it tells me an error has occurred, to call the bank. This is very inconvenient and doesn't make sense how all of a sudden the app doesn't work. Very disappointed UPDATE 3/1/22-App started working for a short time but now doesn't work. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. I don't really want to, but may change banks!

They have frequent issues with login. Randomly will not allow my already set up fingerprint login, says I need to sign in to set it up, then gives an error message saying to check login credentials.. yet it's the same login credentials I use to sign in through my rocket money account. So I change it. Update the connection through my other app, and still cannot login to the banking app. Need to transfer monies three days in advance just in case I need to plan a trip to the branch. Frustrating

I installed the app about a year ago. It has worked fine, until a few weeks ago. For some reason when I try to log in, I receive a message, "Error, please call for assistance". However, there is no # listed to call. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but I am still receiving the same error message. There are several other reviews that state the same problem. Not sure who should fix it, play store or EFCU, but it's clearly a problem and an inconvenience for customers. Please attend to it!
